Reservation & Cancellation
Policy

Deposit
of One Night is Due Upon Booking. Cancellation
with Full Refund must be done 14 days prior
to 10:00 a.m. on day of arrival. Full
payment is also due 14 days prior to arrival.
If
your reservation is cancelled for any reason
before 14 days a $25 cancellation fee will be
applied to your credit card. There
is no cancellation allowed within 14 days of
your arrival date. Large Groups
– 50% due upon booking. Balance due 60
days prior to arrival for full refund except
cancellation fee.

Packages
Full payment is due upon booking. Cancellations
with full refund (except $25 cancellation fee)
must be done 14 days prior to 10:00 a.m. on
day of arrival.
Check
Out Time is 10:00 a.m.
We can arrange baggage storage and transportation
from a 3rd party company.
Check
In Time
Check in is normally 2:00 p.m. Please advise
us of
any change of plans as to your arrival time.
Our office will close 30 minutes after your
boat
arrival time if later than 9:30 p.m.
Room Location
We take reservations for a specific room, however
we reserve the right to change rooms to similar
size and type if necessary.
Repeat
Reservations
We will accept a $200 deposit for return reservations
not to exceed one year from your check-in date.
Rates will be confirmed by January 20 of each
year. (See Front Desk upon arrival).

Non
Smoking Hotel
No smoking in rooms, hallways or lobby. Violating
our Hotel's No Smoking Policy could cost you
$250 fine. Smoking is allowed on balconies and
front porch, terrace and courtyard patio area.
No
Pets
Security
Front door and terrace gate is closed at 10:00
p.m. each evening. Your room key is your entrance
key after this time. If you have a problem after

Jacuzzi
Hours
8:00 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. Please keep noise
levels to a respectful minimum.
