Hotel Catalina's New Garden Courtyard Wing offers two deluxe mini ocean view suites, each with slightly different options.

Each suite offers 900-square-feet of living space, an indoor/outdoor terrace with panoramic views of Avalon Bay and offers maximum comfort with ocean breezes, air conditioning and heating.

Option One:
One bedroom, two bath each with a shower.
Option Two:
One bedroom, 1 full bathroom and one 1/2 bath.

Both suites feature a master bedroom with a king bed with a Posturepedic mattress and a 55" LED flat screen television with Blue-Ray disc player. The living space offers a dining area, a living room with comfy sofas, a queen Murphy bed as well as a 55" LED flat screen television with a Blue-Ray disc player. Both units offer a full kitchen with micro-wave, coffee maker, full size fridge and stove top with oven. One additional rollaway is available. The suite also comes with an iron and board and a hair dryer.

The suites have wireless and direct internet access and are non-smoking.
